Your responsibilities

Initiate contact with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screening
Keep in touch with potential candidates to maintain their interest during the hiring process
Accurately document interactions and updates in our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions based on the meetings you facilitate, interviews you support, and successful hires resulting from your outreach
