We are looking for a Lifestyle Manager to help create an exceptional resident experience across our luxury residential properties in New York City.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in luxury residential, hospitality, events, lifestyle programming, resident services, or amenity management who enjoys creating engaging experiences and building strong relationships with residents.
The Lifestyle Manager will oversee resident events, amenity programming, vendor relationships, and lifestyle initiatives while working closely with on-site property management teams.
Plan and coordinate resident events, activities, and experiences throughout the year.
Create programming that encourages resident engagement and builds a strong sense of community.
Develop events such as fitness classes, wellness programs, social gatherings, holiday events, workshops, and other resident experiences.
Gather resident feedback and use it to improve programming and services.
Help create a welcoming, high-touch experience for residents.
Work closely with property management teams to ensure amenity spaces are well maintained, organized, and operating at a high standard.
Help develop and maintain amenity schedules, programming calendars, and operating procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve amenities, services, and resident offerings.
Visit properties regularly to evaluate the resident experience and identify areas for improvement.
Manage the planning and execution of resident events from concept through completion.
Coordinate event logistics, including vendors, catering, entertainment, activities, setup, and cleanup.
Maintain a portfolio-wide calendar of resident events and lifestyle programming.
Develop creative and cost-effective events that reflect the personality of each property.
Build and maintain relationships with event, wellness, hospitality, and amenity vendors.
Request and compare vendor proposals and negotiate pricing when appropriate.
Track event and programming expenses and work within established budgets.
Identify opportunities to improve the quality and value of resident programming.
Partner with Resident Managers, Property Managers, Concierge teams, and other on-site staff to deliver a consistent resident experience.
Share best practices and provide guidance on resident engagement and programming.
Support property teams with event planning and resident communication.
Help ensure the company's service and hospitality standards are consistently maintained.
2+ years of experience in lifestyle management, resident experience, hospitality, events, property management, luxury residential, or a related field.
Experience planning and coordinating events or community programming.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple properties, events, and projects at the same time.
Experience working with vendors and managing event-related expenses.
Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
Comfortable working on-site and visiting properties throughout New York City.
Professional, personable, and service-oriented personality.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
