E-Commerce Listing Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Listing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing online marketplaces and creating listings for e-commerce platforms. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify
- Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product listings
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies
- Ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, and inventory levels
- Respond to customer inquiries and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices
- Continuously improve and streamline listing processes to increase efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce listing management
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace rules and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other e-commerce tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus
