Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor
Verify patient insurance and assist with claims processing
Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with clinical staff
Handle patient billing, payments, and account inquiries
Ensure a clean and organized reception area
Provide excellent customer service and address patient needs promptly
full-time $18 - $22 per hour
$18-22 (Based on Experience)
