Every employee is an investment for the future and contributes to the success of our company.Responsibilities:Fabrication and assembly of custom cabinets and millwork according to specifications and design drawings.Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.Perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, sanding, and joining wood components.Maintain clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.Follow all safety, hazard, and lockout procedures.Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and quality standards.Learn and apply industry best practices and techniques to enhance your skills and craftsmanship.Requirements:Cabinet Makers: All Levels- Beginners- Experienced.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to match materials for color, grain, texture, knots and other features; Good hardwood, veneer, and panel knowledge.Knowledge of woodworking principles and techniques is a plus.Familiarity with woodworking tools and equipment is a plus.We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career advancement within our company!
