Enrollment Agent

Sparks Group has partnered with a leader in global identity and security that is seeking an Enrollment Agent in the Haverhill area. Responsibilities:

• Verify customers identity and scan documents into the required database
• Perform basic maintenance and trouble shoot any issues on equipment
• Complete required biometric and data capture processes on all customers
• Track processing time and ensure applicants are processed in order
• Capture quality electronic fingerprints, photographs, and signatures
• Additional tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Must have a high school diploma
• Must provide a high level or customer service to internal and external customers
• 1+ years of experience in customer facing customer service roles
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to pass an extensive and comprehensive background screening

This job is In-Person. Pay Range: Hourly $22.00 to $25.00. We offer several comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, paid and unpaid time off, and retirement and savings plans to qualifying employees.
