Position Summary
The Azure & Microsoft 365 Administrator is a key member of a collaborative IT team, partnering with the IT Director, Helpdesk Technician, Systems Architect, and Analytics team to support and enhance the organization’s technology environment. This role is responsible for the administration, security, and operational health of the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems while serving as the primary escalation point for technical issues beyond the helpdesk. Success in this position requires a strong customer-service mindset, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to supporting end users. As the organization grows, the role will continue to evolve, with responsibilities and priorities adapting to business needs, technology initiatives, and occasional support of subsidiary or affiliated organizations.

Working Conditions
General Office Environment:
Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Typical repetitive office work- PC, telephone, and live meetings. This position may be remote.
Physical Requirements:
