As a Security Officer TSA Issued TWIC Compliance in Seattle WA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer supporting a dynamic retail and mall location. You will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and deliver exceptional customer service. This role calls for clear communication integrity and teamwork while working in alignment with our agile reliable innovative and people-first culture. A TSA-issued TWIC is required.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors tenants employees and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents customer concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of retail common areas entrances parking areas and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location reporting suspicious activity hazards and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate incident reports daily activity logs and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA-issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
