Securemedy Incorporated is currently hiring for experienced Flex Officers in the DMV area.

Job Brief
Securemedy is seeking a professional, experienced, and highly reliable Flex Security Officer to join our elite Flex Officer Program. This team is composed of top-performing officers who are trusted to adapt quickly, support a variety of assignments, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide security coverage across multiple client locations
• Respond to urgent callouts, new account launches, and short-term assignments
• Conduct foot patrols, monitor access control, and enforce site-specific procedures
• Maintain a strong and professional security presence at all times
• Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and Securemedy leadership
• Adapt quickly to different post orders and operational environments
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every assignment

Job Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of security experience
• Ability to work across multiple locations and varied shifts
• Strong communication skills and a high level of reliability
• Consistent availability within agreed-upon work schedules
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 40 miles
• Ability to work 3–5 days per week, including flexible shifts
• Physical capability to perform standard security duties

Required Credentials

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Active certifications/licenses as applicable, including:
• DC Armed SPO License
• Maryland Guard License & Armed Permit
• Virginia DCJS Certification with Firearms Endorsement
• Handcuff, Baton, and OC Spray Certification
• First Aid / CPR / AED Certification
