Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Working knowledge and experience with residential and commercial closings including, but not limited to, preparation of closing documents, loan documents, contracts and leases, title ordering on ATIDS, ordering of all tax and lien searches, obtaining estoppels, preparing, and reviewing title commitments (and requirements), preparing title objection letters, preparing policies, preparing seller's documents, preparing closing statements, reviewing, and explaining loan closing packages, and handling all related closing matters. Have working knowledge and experience with post-closing workflow such as preparation of title policies, 1099 reporting, client and lender correspondence, and related issues. Manage client correspondence, through letters, phone calls, and e-mails. File maintenance - keeping all calendar items current, ensuring notes are always up to date and files are in the proper order. Education: Seeking a minimum of a certificate or associate's degree; however, may substitute experience for qualified/skilled candidates. Equal opportunity employer.
