With a strong foundation in video-driven lead generation and a high-performing team, we’re expanding our operations in Texas. We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented assistant to help streamline communication with our inbound leads and ensure every client feels heard, supported, and well taken care of. About the Role We’re seeking a Real Estate Assistant to serve as the right-hand support in managing lead intake and follow-up processes. This person will play a critical role in ensuring no lead falls through the cracks by helping to organize communication workflows, follow directions independently, and provide structure to the lead experience. $22–$27 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications Potential for quarterly performance bonuses based on lead response times, client satisfaction, and internal team coordination Opportunity to grow into an expanded role with increased responsibility over time What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day communication with new inbound leads through email, phone, and CRM systems Monitor and organize lead stages within our database (FollowUpBoss or similar) Create and maintain follow-up systems that ensure timely communication from our team Assist with scheduling calls, sending intro emails, and assigning leads internally Serve as a key point of contact between the team and our clients, ensuring smooth transitions Follow structured workflows while also taking initiative to solve problems and improve systems Occasionally assist with light research, client prep materials, and operational support What You Bring Prior experience working with CRM systems in real estate, mortgage, or a similar field Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of organization and follow-through Comfortable working independently and executing checklists and SOPs Ability to manage multiple communication threads and stay ahead of deadlines You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and not afraid to speak up when something feels off This Role Is On-site at our Plano, Texas office Ideal for someone who enjoys structured autonomy, thrives on organization, and wants to be a trusted part of a fast-moving business Part of a small, high-performance team with growth potential over time Want to join a team where your work directly helps families relocate and find their dream homes?
