About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on various pipe materials and thicknesses.
• Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to execute precise welds.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure weld integrity and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Utilize welding machines and tools effectively and safely.
• Document work progress and report any issues to supervisors.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance welding skills and techniques.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pipe welding.
• Valid welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME preferred).
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and metallurgy.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
