This role is responsible for picking, packing, labeling, and organizing goods used in humanitarian and development programs, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely dispatch. Working in an on-site, team-based warehouse setting, the Picker / Packer follows safety and inventory procedures, supports volunteers, and upholds MCC’s values of service, stewardship, and care for vulnerable communities worldwide.
