About the Role:

As a Physician specializing in Primary Care, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking medical attention, providing comprehensive and continuous care across a wide range of health issues. Your role is critical in diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic illnesses while promoting preventive health measures to improve patient outcomes. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans that address both physical and mental health needs. This position requires a compassionate approach to patient care, ensuring clear communication and education to empower patients in managing their health. Ultimately, your work will contribute to enhancing the overall health and well-being of the community by delivering high-quality, evidence-based medical care in a primary care setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in primary care.
• Demonstrated ability to provide patient-centered care with strong clinical decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in outpatient or community health settings.
• Additional certifications in areas such as geriatrics, pediatrics, or chronic disease management.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telemedicine platforms.
• Training or experience in behavioral health integration.
• Participation in continuing medical education (CME) and professional development activities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient examinations, including medical history reviews and physical assessments.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and recommending lifestyle changes.
• Provide preventive care services such as immunizations, health screenings, and patient education.
• Coordinate care with specialists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay current with medical research and advancements to ensure evidence-based practice.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical protocols.
