We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Packing Associate to join our manufacturing team. The Packing Associate will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, ensuring that packaging standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package finished products accurately and efficiently to ensure safe shipment.
• Inspect items for defects or quality issues before packaging.
• Label and seal packages according to company specifications.
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate records of packed items and assist in inventory management.
• Organize and maintain the packing area, ensuring a clean and clutter-free workspace.
• Follow safety procedures and report any concerns or hazards to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and packing goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move up to [specify weight, e.g., 30 lbs] as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
