Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant to support the optimization, stabilization, and continued development of their existing NetSuite environment. The organization is currently looking for additional expertise following challenges with its original NetSuite implementation and is seeking a hands‑on consultant who can assess the current environment, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical, long‑term improvements. A key focus of this role will be reducing manual processes and improving automation across critical business workflows. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within an existing NetSuite environment, troubleshooting issues, improving configurations, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure the system is operating efficiently and supporting the needs of the business. Key Responsibilities Assess the current NetSuite environment and identify areas for improvement Support post‑implementation optimization and system stabilization initiatives Identify manual processes and implement opportunities for automation Improve and streamline sales commission calculation processes Support the automation and optimization of invoicing workflows Work with multiple systems and integrations to improve data flow and reduce manual effort Troubleshoot functional and technical issues within the NetSuite environment Review existing configurations and recommend scalable improvements Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions Support ongoing system enhancements and broader ERP optimization initiatives Required Experience Strong hands‑on experience working with NetSuite ERP Previous experience supporting and optimizing existing NetSuite environments Experience with post‑implementation cleanup, troubleshooting, or system stabilization Strong understanding of NetSuite workflows, automation, and process improvement Experience improving invoicing and other financial or operational workflows Experience working with NetSuite integrations and connected business systems Ability to identify inefficient manual processes and develop scalable solutions Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a well‑rounded NetSuite Consultant with a strong problem‑solving mindset and the ability to take ownership of system challenges. This individual should be comfortable stepping into an existing environment, understanding how the business currently operates, and helping develop a clear path toward a more streamlined, automated, and reliable NetSuite platform.
