Responsibilities: Capable of instructing others in order to provide them with a healthier way of life. Coach clients or patients, individually or in group sessions, to assist in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, or making changes. Develop care plans that are custom-tailored to individual clients. Qualifications: Licensed and must earn a master's degree in a mental health-related field of study, such as clinical mental health counseling, psychology, or social work from an accredited school. The ability to work flexibly as part of a large multidisciplinary team. Have the capacity to monitor developing situations and anticipate issues. Excellent management skills.
