• Provide accurate and nuanced translation and interpretation between Mandarin and English across a variety of business contexts.
• Review, edit, and proofread written materials to ensure linguistic quality and cultural relevance.
• Facilitate clear verbal and written communication between teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Support localization of documents, presentations, and marketing materials for Mandarin-speaking audiences.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent messaging and high communication standards.
• Monitor linguistic trends and terminology relevant to the industry and region.
• Act as a cultural liaison to help teams navigate cross-cultural nuances and improve engagement.

• Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin, with exceptional command of written and spoken language.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in translation, interpretation, or language services in business or professional settings.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to linguistic accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
