  • Monitor mandatory training completion and overdue assignments.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and notifications to provide visibility into training compliance and workforce qualifications.
  • Conduct routine audits of training records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Document and track corrective actions related to training data accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide system support to learners, instructors, managers, and local LMS administrators.
  • Troubleshoot user access, enrollment, content, reporting, and system-related issues.
  • Develop administrative procedures, training materials, job aids, and documentation for LMS users and site training teams.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports related to compliance, qualifications, learning activity, and system utilization.
  • Protect sensitive employee and training information through adherence to cybersecurity, privacy, and records management requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve reporting, increase user adoption, and enhance the learning experience.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to training administration and workforce development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
