To support the processing of foreclosure-related billing and reinstatement tasks, the fully remote Foreclosure Billing Legal Assistant will manage requests for payoff and reinstatement quotes, review incoming funds, and ensure timely communication with clients and borrowers. Key responsibilities Handle the processing of requests for payoff and reinstatement quotes from borrowers and clients Review and manage incoming funds, ensuring timely disbursement to clients within 24 hours Communicate effectively with clients to ensure accuracy and provide excellent customer service Required qualifications At least one year of work experience in a foreclosure firm Knowledge of foreclosure fees, payoffs, and reinstatements is a plus Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required Experience with fee requests and approvals in a high transaction volume law firm is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products
