Providing specialized support to TechSoup's NGOsource program, the full-time temporary Legal Administrator will assist 2-3 attorneys with document analysis, quality assurance, and client communication to ensure compliance with international philanthropy regulations and equivalency determination requirements in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities Conduct document analysis and quality control for equivalency determinations by reviewing NGO submission materials and legal documents for accuracy Identify discrepancies in submitted documentation and develop corrective action plans to resolve compliance gaps Track communication with international NGOs and grantmaker members to request necessary corrections or additional documentation Required qualifications 3-5 years of paralegal administrative experience in a law firm, nonprofit organization, or corporate legal department Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
