Supporting the Finance team in a full-time remote capacity, the Junior FP&A Analyst will manage financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes while contributing to the month-end close and analyzing business performance. Key responsibilities: Support the monthly close process by preparing reports and tracking deliverables Analyze financial statements to identify key drivers of business performance Prepare variance analyses and provide commentary on actual results versus forecasts Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in an FP&A, accounting, or similar finance role Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements Experience with financial modeling and enterprise accounting software (e.g., Netsuite) preferred Familiarity with Google Workspace and database experience (e.g., SQL) is a plus
