We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Information Records Clerk to maintain, organize, and update digital records from a home office. In this role, you will ensure information is accurate, complete, and securely stored while supporting daily administrative operations. This is an entry-level position that requires basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update information into company databases and systems.
  • Review records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize, file, and maintain electronic documents.
  • Retrieve records upon request from authorized staff.
  • Scan, upload, and categorize digital files.
  • Protect confidential and sensitive information.
  • Respond to emails related to record requests and updates.
  • Report data discrepancies or missing information to supervisors.
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous clerical, administrative, or data entry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
