Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial production equipment. This position requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial production machinery and equipment
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on 480V three-phase systems
• Troubleshoot PLCs, controls, sensors, motors, and related electrical components
• Repair and maintain conveyor systems
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Install, repair, and adjust industrial machinery and equipment
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment failures
• Respond to maintenance work orders and emergency breakdowns in a timely manner
• Replace and repair motors, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, valves, cylinders, and other components
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals
• Follow all company safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO)

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or processing environment
• Experience working with 480V three-phase electrical systems
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting ; programming experience is a plus but not required
• Strong knowledge of conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting ability
• Experience using industrial hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to identify equipment problems and determine the proper repair
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of an industrial maintenance position

• Motors and motor controls
• VFDs
• PLCs and automated equipment
• Conveyor systems
• Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
• Pumps, bearings, gearboxes, and mechanical drives
• Preventive and predictive maintenance
