We are seeking driven individuals who can build shipper relationships, develop freight opportunities, and grow long-term repeat business.

Responsibilities:
* Prospect and develop new shipper accounts
* Build long-term customer relationships
* Negotiate rates with carriers and customers
* Manage loads from pickup to delivery
* Grow profitable and repeat freight lanes
* Maintain strong communication with customers and carriers
Requirements:
* Freight brokerage, dispatch, or logistics experience preferred
* Strong communication and sales skills
* Ability to work independently and stay organized
* Experience with DAT, Truckstop, or TMS systems is a plus
* Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
