Within our Operations practice, you will leverage your expertise in operations consulting to deliver tailored solutions that address complex challenges and drive meaningful outcomes for our clients. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining high standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of our clients' operations, making a tangible impact on their success.Responsibilities- Leading operations consulting workstreams within health services to drive business transformation initiatives- Managing client support engagements and fostering stakeholder relationships to enhance service excellence- Utilizing analytical thinking and business data analytics to optimize operations processes and strategies- Implementing quality standards and process improvement methodologies to achieve operational excellence- Conducting market research and strategic questioning to identify opportunities for business performance metrics enhancement- Overseeing project resource management and planning operations to support change management efforts- Coaching and mentoring teams to embrace change and develop intellectual curiosity and learning agility- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and teams to support operations management and strategy executionWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 5 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance- Demonstrating proficiency in Business Data Analytics and Operations Strategy- Excelling in Change Management and Process Optimization- Utilizing Management Consulting skills in Health Services- Leading teams in Business Transformation initiatives- Implementing Quality Standards in operational processes- Engaging stakeholders through effective Relationship BuildingTravel RequirementsUp to 80%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
