Matric certificate (degree is a plus)
120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate
Strong spoken and written English (neutral accent)
Confidence using Zoom and basic tech tools
Clear communication and online classroom presence
Laptop/PC: Ryzen 5, Intel® Core™ i5, Apple M1 or higher, 8GB RAM
Fibre internet: 25 Mbps minimum (LAN cable only)
UPS backup: 4–5 hours + mini-UPS for router
Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, quiet workspace
