WE ARE HIRING! Join our team and become our new part-time FITNESS ATTENDANT . Reporting to the Fitness Coordinator, the Fitness Attendant oversees daily operations at the fitness desk, providing front-line customer service and periodically monitoring gym activities to keep the Fitness Center running smoothly.


Some info about the position...

• Greet Fitness Center members and maintain a positive presence on the fitness floor.
• Assist the Fitness Coordinator with tasks related to the group exercise program.
• Oversee daily fitness floor and desk operations.
• Monitor members in the fitness area to ensure facility policies are followed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and the weight room area.
• Periodically monitor the basketball courts during each shift.

Qualified candidates should...

• Possess effective telephone communication and customer service skills.
• Bring previous computer data entry skills (preferred).
• Hold current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with members and guests.
• Be comfortable working in a busy, high-traffic environment with frequent interruptions.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time and manage multiple tasks at once.

Pay, benefits, and more...

• $15.45 to $20.09 per hour, depending on qualifications.
• Working hours are Sundays, 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
• Paid leave.
