Job Summary:
The Club at Ruby Hill is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Attendant to support daily operations across our Fitness, Tennis/Pickleball and Swim facilities. This individual plays a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and safe environment for members and guests while ensuring top-tier service and facility presentation throughout the club. This is a hands-on, multi-functional position ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and member engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest & Member Service:
· Greet members and guests warmly, build professional relationships, and deliver exceptional service.
· Assist guests with food and beverage selections; make recommendations and promote products. Monitor that alcoholic beverages are only served to guests over the age of 21.
· Accurately process payments for snacks and beverages using prescribed POS procedures.
· Use scheduling software, facility check-in tools, and POS systems to support member interactions.
· Assist members with booking tennis and pickleball courts, reserving pool lanes, and registering for fitness classes.
· Answer phone calls using the appropriate company greeting and assist with inquiries regarding club facilities and events.
· Assist members through the sign-in process and educate them on club rules, regulations, and upcoming events.
Facility Support & Maintenance:
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of snack bars, tennis and pickleball courts, pool areas, fitness center, and surrounding grounds.
· Perform towel distribution and collection in fitness and swim areas to maintain a tidy and well-stocked environment.
· Regularly straighten chairs and lounges to keep club spaces looking neat and inviting.
· Ensure beverages and snacks are served at proper quality standards.
· Perform daily setup and breakdown of food/beverage and other facility stations.
· Restock supplies and follow all sanitation protocols to uphold a clean, safe, and enjoyable club environment.
Safety & Oversight:
· Maintain a basic understanding of fitness equipment and assist members when needed.
· Support and implement all water safety procedures and club policies.
· Conduct visual inspections to identify and report any equipment malfunctions or cleanliness issues.
· Respond efficiently to unsafe conditions or emergency situations following proper procedures.
· Keep club management informed of issues, member feedback, and operational needs.
Requirements:
· CPR/AED certification.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
· Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a team-first attitude.
· Punctual, reliable, and professionally presented.

Pay Range: $16.90 - $30.00
