Job Description

To support a growing coaching practice, the part-time hourly Executive Function Coach will provide 1:1 virtual coaching to clients, focusing on developing skills for time management and personal effectiveness while working remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver virtual coaching sessions to a minimum of 8 clients each week, utilizing effective technology Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and colleagues through virtual interactions Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coaching skills and methodologies Required qualifications Master's degree in Education or a related field, or equivalent experience At least 3 years of experience working with students or adults in educational or coaching settings Proficiency in Google Workspace, online learning platforms, and web conferencing tools Ability to maintain a quiet and professional workspace with reliable internet and technology U.S. work authorization and willingness to participate in onboarding and training
