Job Description
Position Purpose: Relieves the executive of administrative type functions in order to increase the time the executive has available for senior level responsibilities. such as fostering executive partnerships, calendar management, stakeholder interactions, and proactive problem-solving.
Key Details: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J -1, OPT, or CPT.
Remote/Hybrid, must reside in Louisiana with Baton Rouge area, preferred
- Communicates and interprets administrative and operating policies and procedures
- Assists in the preparation and coordination of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, etc
- Gathers information for board meetings, programs, events or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, preparing materials and assisting with controlling event budget
- Handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the office
- Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material
- Prepare routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports
- Performs other duties as assigned, including but not limited to, fostering executive partnerships, calendar management, stakeholder interactions, and proactive problem-solving, etc.
- Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of related experience with knowledge of positions concepts, practices and procedures. 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant preferred.
Pay Range: $27.02 - $48.55 per hour
