DH Financial is an Enrolled Agent-led firm based in Las Vegas. We operate on two fronts: working behind the scenes as a trusted white-label partner for other tax and accounting firms (handling overflow work under their brand names so their clients only ever see them), and serving business owners directly with comprehensive accounting, tax planning, preparation, and resolution. While our administrative and marketing operations leverage global support, all client-facing tax, accounting, and advisory work is handled strictly within the United States. Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who wants to do high-impact, consultative work rather than just churn out basic returns. Working out of our Las Vegas office, you won't just do taxes—you will lead client consultations, deliver strategic tax advisory, oversee the work of EA assistants and case managers, and communicate directly with business owners, the IRS, and state tax agencies. Key Responsibilities Consultation & Advisory: Lead client-facing consultations and design proactive tax planning and advisory strategies for business owners. Team Leadership & Oversight: Collaborate with other tax professionals while reviewing and overseeing the work of in-office EA assistants and case managers to ensure absolute accuracy. Complex Tax Prep & Resolution: Manage complex individual and business tax returns, alongside handling tax resolution cases and direct communications with the IRS and state authorities. Partner Network Support: Execute deliverables seamlessly across both our direct client base and our elite white-label partner network. Qualifications & Requirements Active Enrolled Agent (EA) license or active CPA license in good standing. Minimum 3+ years of experience in public accounting, complex tax preparation, tax resolution, and client advisory. Must be able to work from our Las Vegas, NV office daily. Strong leadership or peer-review capabilities with a desire to guide junior staff and assistants. Exceptional communication skills with a client-first, problem-solving mindset. Mastery of the federal tax code and modern cloud-based tax software ecosystems.
