The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic marketer, lifecycle operator, and audience growth thinker who understands how to use data, storytelling, and customer journeys to drive subscriptions and engagement.This person will work cross-functionally with editorial, production, product, design, social, and analytics teams while also managing external creative and production partners. The role will play a key part in bringing Insider marketing operations fully in-house and building a more scalable, data-driven membership program.The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $126,000 and $144,000 with additional equity. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographic location.
