Job Description
365 Freight USA offers recent CDL-A school graduates a paid pathway into a full-time regional driving career based in Southaven, Mississippi. Candidates who have completed at least 120 hours of instruction at a CDL school and meet company and Department of Transportation (DOT) standards do not need prior professional driving experience to begin.
New drivers start with paid training before transitioning to regular regional routes hauling dry van freight, including drop-and-hook loads, using brand-new equipment. This position provides weekly home time and reliable, competitive compensation.

To qualify, candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and have completed at least 120 hours of instruction at an accredited CDL school. Prior professional driving experience is not required. Candidates must maintain a satisfactory driving record and meet all applicable DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requirements. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safe, professional vehicle operation are essential.
