Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Dual Rate Dealer/Assistant Pit Supervisor to support exceptional guest service and game integrity on our casino floor. In this on-site role, you will alternate between dealing table games and assisting in pit supervision. As a dealer, you will run games accurately, protect the game, handle chips and cash, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere. In a supervisory capacity, you will help oversee multiple games, ensure compliance with tribal and gaming regulations, manage fills and credits, support player ratings, and assist with training and coaching dealers. You’ll work in a fast-paced, guest-first environment that values teamwork, respect, and tribal culture, with opportunities for skill development and advancement in casino operations.
