Seeking a Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team!

Our ideal Dental Insurance Coordinator has an understanding of dental insurance and payments.

Duties for our Dental Insurance Coordinator include :

• Key responsibilities:
• Verify patients’ insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Obtain benefit breakdowns and explain coverage to patients.
• Track unpaid, denied, or rejected claims and complete follow-ups.
• Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and dental team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation while protecting patient confidentiality.

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous dental insurance or dental office experience preferred.
• Familiarity with dental terminology, CDT codes, EOBs, and dental software.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable discussing financial information with patients.
