Requirements Responsibilities Making our patients feel aswelcomed guests to the office Ability to build a rapportwith patients and co-workers Insurance terminology ispreferred Knowledge with Dentrix, Eagle-soft,Open-Dental, or any Dental software Perform Insurance verifications Answer telephones in professional courteous manner topatients and coworkers using superior customer service skills. Provide necessary instructions/directions to patients andpolitely answer questions Build financial agreements from the treatment plan.
