We're happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with us! About the Role:As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and clinical staff to provide high-quality care to patients. This includes preparing exam rooms, assisting with procedures, taking x-rays, and ensuring patients are comfortable throughout their visit. You'll be a vital part of creating a welcoming and efficient dental experience. Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. This role is essential to ensuring an excellent patient experience and supporting clinical efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to high standards of care and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:Assist the dentist chair-side during exams and proceduresSterilize and organize instruments and equipmentTake dental x-rays and impressionsRecord medical and dental histories and vital signsEducate patients on proper oral hygiene and careMaintain patient records with accuracy and confidentialityFollow OSHA and HIPAA safety guidelinesSupport daily operations and occasional front desk needs  Qualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredDental Assistant certification preferred (or equivalent experience)CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)Strong communication and multitasking skillsProfessional, positive, and team-oriented attitudeComfortable working in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?At our practice, we recognize that our success depends on the talent, professionalism, and dedication of our team.
