Customer Service Representative / Customer Experience Representative (BDC) Location: Cedar Rapids, IA Schedule: Full-Time Compensation: Hourly Pay + Uncapped Bonus Opportunities About the Opportunity McGrath Family of Dealerships is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Experience / Business Development Center (BDC) team in Cedar Rapids. This position is a great fit for someone with experience as a Customer Service Representative, Call Center Representative, Customer Care Representative, Client Services Representative, Appointment Scheduler, Inside Sales Representative, Receptionist, or Customer Support Specialist who enjoys helping people and building relationships. You do not need previous automotive experience. If you have a background in customer service, call centers, banking, insurance, healthcare, hospitality, retail, inside sales, or appointment scheduling, your skills can transfer successfully into this role. Our Customer Experience Representatives communicate with customers by phone, text, email, chat, and online inquiries, answer questions, schedule appointments, provide follow-up, and help create a positive customer experience from the very first interaction.
