What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities)

In this role, you will handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, serving as the primary point of contact for customers. Your day-to-day will include:

• Answering inbound customer calls with professionalism, high energy, and a helpful attitude.
• Problem-solving on the fly by researching information across multiple resources to resolve customer concerns and complaints.
• Providing accurate information about products, services, and general inquiries.
• Documenting details flawlessly by entering customer data into the system, completing call logs, and generating reports.
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Conducting follow-up calls to ensure a stellar customer experience.

What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)

We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running. The ideal match includes:

• Experience: At least 1+ years of customer service experience specifically within a call center environment.
• Sales Savvy: Previous experience selling products or services over the phone is highly valued.
• Tech-Skills: Strong data entry, fast typing, and comfortable navigating multiple computer systems.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, paired with active listening skills.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background: Must be 18 years of age or older and willing to undergo a criminal background check and drug screen.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
