What’s a typical day as a Call Center - Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

• Providing quality customer service by answering incoming customer calls and entering orders efficiently and accurately
• Responding to customer questions, concerns, and complaints through multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Demonstrating thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and services to ensure one-call resolution for customers
• Documenting customer complaints and facilitating timely follow-ups and resolution
• Communicating regularly with leaders, including updating supervisors and managers about customer expectations, issues, and ongoing progress
• Participating actively in team meetings, training, and ongoing development to enhance your customer service skills

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (must have)
• Possess previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment (preferred)
• Are available to work onsite in Youngstown, OH 44512, Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers professionally
• Are able to process orders with keen attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy
• Thrive in a team setting and enjoy collaborating to find solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
