• Consumer ServicesThe successful candidates will lead client coverage, originate and execute transactions, and play a significant role in expanding the Consumer Investment Banking platform. The firm is also open to strategic team lift-outs, including Managing Directors who wish to bring a Director or additional senior banker/senior team of MDs and juniors alike.

Key Responsibilities• Originate, structure, and execute primarily sell-side M&A transactions with enterprise values ranging from $100 million to $1 billion, with the firm’s sweet spot between $100 million and $500 million.

• Develop and expand relationships with founders, CEOs, family-owned businesses, public companies, strategic acquirers, and private equity sponsors across the Consumer sector.
• Deliver high-quality strategic advisory services on engagements that typically generate $2mn in advisory fees.
• Lead transaction execution while mentoring Directors, Vice Presidents, Associates, and Analysts.
• Drive business development initiatives within specialized Consumer verticals and contribute to the continued expansion of the Consumer franchise.
• Help build the practice through strategic hiring, including the opportunity to bring over additional senior bankers.Qualifications• 15–20 years of Investment Banking experience with a successful track record of originating and closing Consumer M&A transactions.
• Deep niche sector expertise within one or more Consumer subsectors, including Food & Beverage, Beauty, Consumer Products, Retail, E-Commerce, Consumer Health, Household Products, Pet Care, or Consumer Services.
• Strong network of C-suite executives, founders, family-owned businesses, strategic buyers, and private equity investors.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and execute transactions with enterprise values between $100 million and $1 billion.
• Proven annual revenue generation of approximately $5 million in M&A advisory fees.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a market-leading Consumer practice.
• Exceptional client management, leadership, and business development skills.
