Bouchée Patisserie Manager The Post Oak Hotel is seeking a Bouchée Patisserie Manager to join the only Forbes Five‑Star Hotel in Texas. The Bouchée Patisserie Manager will be responsible for managing the team and the guest experience of Bouchée Patisserie. Responsibilities Oversee all day‑to‑day operations of the Patisserie Understand hourly positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence or during peak volume periods Oversee departmental scheduling and regularly review staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met Lead, influence, and encourage others with strong interpersonal and communication skills; advocate sound financial/business decision making; demonstrate honesty/integrity; lead by example Identify developmental needs and coach, mentor or otherwise help others to improve their knowledge or skills Ensure compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising, follow‑up and hands‑on management Handle guest problems and complaints Qualifications Aspire to our values of being passionate, strive for excellence, remain relevant, collaborate and act with honor and integrity Bachelor’s Degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience as a store manager or an assistant store manager in a coffee or bakery operation, preferably in a luxury setting Possess a strong knowledge of coffee, tea, and retail/counter‑service operations and continually train the team to stay relevant Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays Physical demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and prolonged extended periods of standing What We Offer You Multiple benefit plans to suit your needs Paid Time Off 401K Opportunities for advancement Positive and respectful work environment where diversity is valued Generous employee discounts on dining, retail, amusements, and hotels Community volunteer opportunities Complimentary parking and colleague meal #J-18808-Ljbffr
