First Chair Coffee Shop is Beech Mountain Resort’s cozy coffee hub, offering delicious beverages and warm hospitality to all guests. We are seeking a Coffee Shop Manager who will oversee daily operations, lead our team of baristas, and ensure each guest has an exceptional experience. Our ideal candidate is a motivated leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This is a full-time seasonal position. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of First Chair Coffee Shop Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas to provide excellent customer service Ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of supplies Handle scheduling, payroll, and administrative duties Maintain a clean and organized work environment Ensure accurate cash handling and payment processing Implement strategies to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Requirements or Qualifications: Previous experience in a managerial role within a coffee shop or similar environment preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Availability to work mornings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions #J-18808-Ljbffr
