Prior experience in artificial intelligence or machine learning is not required . Your domain knowledge and scientific reasoning are what matter most. Key Responsibilities Problem Design: Create and curate advanced chemistry problems, mechanisms, and reasoning exercises across undergraduate to PhD-level topics. Model Evaluation: Assess AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, chemical reasoning, and domain precision. Structured Feedback: Provide clear written evaluations and detailed explanations to help improve model capabilities and safety benchmarks. Core Domains Covered: Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Chemical Engineering. Ideal Candidate Profile Education: PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline (completed or currently pursuing). Expertise: Deep subject-matter knowledge with a strong foundation in complex chemical concepts.
