About the Work

Accessibility is a core priority for the FDA. You will test, audit, and remediate e-learning modules, documents, games, and web assets to ensure full compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and HHS Quality Assurance policies.  This position is mostly remote with periodic on-site presence in Silver Spring, MD.

You are a proactive, organized team player who keeps operations running seamlessly behind the scenes. 

• Detail-Oriented Coordinator: You schedule meetings, prepare accurate notes, and track deliverables effortlessly. 

• Tech-Savvy Communicator: You excel in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 

• Reliable Supporter: You handle ad-hoc administrative requests with enthusiasm and professionalism. 

What You Bring to the Table 

Education & Experience: 

• Level I: High School Diploma/GED + minimum 2 years experience. 

• Level II: Associate Degree + minimum 4 years experience. 

• Level III: Associate Degree + minimum 5 years experience. 

Technical Requirements: 

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office hardware systems. 

• Experience drafting meeting minutes, agendas, and executive correspondence. 

• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability clearance.
